<p>Join us for a zippy Tuesday 2 Mile Time Trial. This is a free, no frills, training event.</p> <ul><li><strong>Where:</strong>  Jim Simmons Trail, just below the Marysville High School track</li><li><strong>When: </strong> Tuesday July 21</li><li><strong>Time: </strong> 6:00 pm</li><li><strong>Distance: </strong> 2 Mile</li></ul> <p><strong>What is a time trial?</strong>  - A time trial is simply a chance to run or walk on a course at your own pace to see how fast you can go. It&#39;s a great way to test your fitness or get back into running/walking without the pressure of real race.</p> <p><strong>Things to know</strong></p> <ul><li>This event will be chip timed</li><li>We will start at 6:00 pm sharp, so be ready to go.</li><li>This is no frill training run</li><li>We will be timing it with results posted live</li><li>You must know the course</li><li>You must bring your own water for the finish</li></ul>
