<p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic race courses. Swim beneath the Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, then head out for some </span><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">country cycling, finishing with a flat, fast run along beautiful Lake Winona and ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )">In addition to the Olympic and Sprint triathlons, we offer two Olympic and Sprint Aquabike events and a Duathlon.</span></p>

<p style="line-height:1">- Participants must reach the age of 18 by 12/31/2026 to participate in the Olympic Triathlon and Olympic Aquabike Distances. </p>
<p style="line-height:1">- Participants must reach the age of 13 by 12/31/2026 to participate in the Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike Sprint Distances.</p>

<h4 style="line-height:1"><span style="text-decoration:underline;color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 )"><strong>NO DOGS ALLOWED AT TRINONA</strong></span></h4>
<p style="line-height:1">Winona City Ordinance 36.03 prohibits dogs on the east half of Lake Park. Since this is where Trinona takes place, we ask that you please leave your pets at home.</p>
