The Tri-County YMCA is holding its annual Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 25 at 10:00 AM EST! 

Families are welcome to participate. Walking and strollers are permitted. 

Be sure to wear your favorite Halloween costume, as there will be a youth and adult contest for best costume immediately following the race! Calorita Food & Prep will be here serving up bento boxes, fruit and dip, protein balls and other post race snacks for purchase!

Race Begins:        10:00 AM EST    

Costume Contest: 11:15 AM EST

Race Fee:             $25 - October 8 - register by this date to guarantee a shirt on race day!

                              $30 October 9 - Race Day

Packet Pickup: Friday, October 24 from 5-7 PM EST

PRIZES awarded for overall male & female finishers and top 3 finishers in each age group.
A Short Sleeve T-Shirt is included with race registration. 

Upgrade your T-Shirt for an additional charge to one of the following:

$5 for Long Sleeve

$10 for Hooded Sweatshirt
