<p><strong><span style="color:rgb( 186 , 55 , 42 )">Join Us for the Trail Day 5K Run &amp; Walk!</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Get ready to hit the trail for a fun and family-friendly event! <span style="color:rgb( 186 , 55 , 42 )"><strong>The Trail Day 5K Run &amp; Walk</strong></span> takes place on Saturday, May 2nd, in celebration of National Celebrate Trails Day at the stunning Prickett’s Fort State Park along the MCPARC rail trail. Starting at 9 AM, the scenic course will take runners and walkers towards the Meredith Tunnel, offering a beautiful and enjoyable experience for all.</p> <p> </p> <p>This exciting event is hosted by the <strong><span style="color:rgb( 186 , 55 , 42 )">Fairmont State University Cycling Club</span></strong> to support their activities and is conducted in partnership with Marion County Parks and Recreation. Plus, it’s a part of the <strong><a href="https://runsignup.com/MemberOrg/MarionCountyRunningWalkingClub" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">2026 Marion County Race Series</a></strong>—so don’t miss your chance to be part of something special!</p> <p> </p> <p>Whether you&#39;re a seasoned runner looking for a fast course, a casual walker, or just looking for a great way to enjoy the outdoors, this event is for all ages and abilities.
