<p>A professional and amateur competitive cycling race held across various parts of the State of Arkansas. We use cycling to<br />show Arkansas to the world. </p> <p>Formerly the Joe Martin Stage Race the Tour of Arkansas is the oldest stage race (founded in 1978) in North America. We are affiliated with the UCI, the global governing body of cycling.
