Tiger Tri Relays 2025 Race Information

<p>Welcome to the 1st annual Tiger Tri Indoor Relays triathlon put on by the University of Missouri (Mizzou) triathlon club! This race will be hosted on Sunday, November 2nd at the Mizzou Rec 1000 Rollins St, Columbia, MO 65203.</p> <p>Race distances:</p> <ul><li>500 yard pool swim (50 meter pool)</li><li>10 mile bike (stationary bikes)</li><li>5k run on our outdoor track.</li></ul> <p>General Info:</p> <p>Doors to the Mizzou Rec will open at 8:00 AM for athletes to check in. Heats will start at 8:30 AM and go every 45 minutes. There is no set time that you must show up by, but there will be a required meeting 15 minutes before each swim start on the pool deck so plan accordingly with your heat time. All athletes must be present for their heats meeting, even if they are not a part of the swim leg. Heat assignments will go out a few days before the race. Lockers and space for athletes backpacks will be provided. After each leg there will be ~10 mins gaps before the next leg starts in order to provide athletes time to change clothes. Athletes will be allowed to clip into spin bikes with SPD (mountain bike) clips if they choose. SPD-SL clips will not work with our spin bikes.
