Thumb Coast Ultra & Relay

The Thumb Coast is a hidden Gem in Michigan.  Come try out this unique race to run from Sunrise to Sunset from one coast to another, From Lake Huron to Saginaw Bay.  Can you beat the sun?  This amazing route follows mostly dirt roads and unimproved roads through the thumb.  With only 500 ft of elevation gain on the 50 Mile and 300 ft of elevation gain on the out and back 50 Kilometer race,  this event is fast and a great event for speedsters, seasoned vets, and first timers.  The race has generous cutoff times, but also has awesome unique additional finishers prizes for those who "beat the sun". The course will be extremely well marked, and will have great aid stations throughout!

The thumb is a great place to visit with a lot of amazing places to stay, great restaurants, and plenty for family and friends to do!
