Join Us for the "Those Who Serve 5k & Ruck March" in Bozeman, MT!

On October 11, 2025 we invite you to honor and support our nation's military heroes by participating in the "Those Who Serve 5k & Ruck March." This event is dedicated to celebrating and supporting the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving in our armed forces.

Packet Pick Up: Friday, October 10th, 3pm - 6pm @ Liberty Burger in the Market Food Hall

Event Options: 5k Run/Walk or 10k Ruck March
Start Times: 9:00AM 10k Ruck, 10:00AM 5k Run

Whether you're a seasoned runner, a beginner, or someone who wants to carry extra weight as a symbol of the burdens shouldered by our service members, this event is for you. The Ruck March encourages participants to carry a weighted pack, reflecting the physical and mental challenges faced by those who serve our country.

Event Details

10k Ruck : Rucking is the activity of walking or hiking while carrying a weighted backpack, designed to build strength and endurance. Prescribed weights: 15lbs for women, 30lbs for men.

5k Run / Walk : A 5K run/walk is a 3.1-mile event that participants can either run or walk at their own pace, promoting fitness and community involvement. Participants should wear comfortable athletic shoes, moisture-wicking clothing, and bring water for hydration during the event.

Why Participate? By joining us, you’ll be supporting three incredible local nonprofit organizations: Big Sky Bravery, Talons Reach Foundation, and Warriors and Quiet Waters. These organizations are dedicated to providing critical support, healing, and opportunities for our veterans and service members, helping them reintegrate and thrive in civilian life.
