<p><strong>One-mile walk or Fully Automatic Timed (FAT) one-mile run for all fitness level</strong>s<br />(flat, no turns &amp; extremely fast)<br /><br /></p> <p>&#x1f4cc; GENERAL INFORMATION<br />- Aid station will be provided courtesy Dakota Roots.<br />- Refreshments will be available at the finish area.<br />- Walkers must use the sidewalks at all times. Strollers and wagons are welcome.</p> <p><br />&#x1f558; MENTAL MILE SCHEDULE<br /> *Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to assure quick &amp; efficient check in.
