The Kenmore Quad Race Information

<p>Join us for the 3rd annual Kenmore Quad event, presented by the Kenmore Community Rowing Club! Event takes place <strong>Saturday August 23th from 9am - noon</strong>. This unique event takes the traditional triathlon to the next level with an added paddling component (kayak or SUP). Limited watercraft rentals are available while supplies last.</p> <p> </p> <p>Take on this challenge solo or enlist a group of friends (up to 4 participants in a relay) to enjoy the scenic Kenmore waterfront. </p> <p> </p> <p>This event is not timed so just relax and have fun in this non-competitive community activity. This year participants will receive a t-shirt included with registration (one shirt per registrant). All participants will also be entered into a drawing for great prizes.</p> <p> </p> <p>The event components start and end at Log Boom Park and showcase Kenmore&#39;s waterfront parks, bike paths, and pedestrian facilities. Course routing subject to change.</p> <ul><li><b>Swim</b>: Log Boom park beach (1/4 mile swim)</li><li><b>Bike</b>: A gentle ride on the Burke-Gilman and Sammamish River Trail to Wayne Golf Course area and back (6 mile bike)</li><li><b>Run</b>: One way from Log Boom Park on the Burke-Gilman Trail to Tl&#39;awh-ah-dees Park (1.6 mile run)</li><li><b>Paddle</b>: One way from Tl&#39;awh-ah-dees Park to Log Boom (1.3 mile paddle) </li></ul> <p>Event is restricted to 18&#43;.</p>
