Terror Trot 5K and 1 Mile Scare Run

Join the SWOSU Parks and Recreation Management Department's Community Recreation Class in this year's class project: Terror Trot!

This is a 5K and 1 mile scare run for all ages! 

Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and run from the spooks that will be along the route and behind you! You will encounter ghosts, goblins and monsters! 

If you make it through the 5K route there will be a treat waiting for you to hang around your neck and brag to all your friends.

For the ones with little legs or not feeling like making the full route, there will be a 1 mile mild scare route. For all the finishers there will be sweet treats- candy! 

All 5K participants that sign up prior to October 15 will receive a finishers medal and t-shirt.

Cost of entry is tiered this year. So sign up early to save money! 

5k Race:

                July 16- August 31= $15.00,  plus a canned good

                September 1 - October 1 = $20.00 plus a canned good

                October 2 - October 24 = $25.00 plus a canned good

                October 25 (Day of Race) = 35.00 plus a canned good

1 Mile:

                July 16 - October 1 = $15.00 plus a canned good

                October 2- October 24 = $20.00 plus a canned good

                October 25 (Day of Race) = $25.00 plus a canned good

   Canned good will be collected on the day of race and will be donated to Connections Food and Resource Center

All proceeds will be donated to the Connections Food and Resource Center.
