TCRR Club Championship 7M & 5k Race Information

<p><strong>Course:</strong>           The Seven mile race starts at <strong>8:30 AM</strong>.  It’s a mostly flat, fast course that starts at Richard Bland College &amp; loops around the countryside on hard surface roads, then returns to Richard Bland College for the finish.</p> <p>                       The 5k run starts at <strong>10:00 AM</strong>.  It’s an out &amp; back with a loop around the RBC Gazebo.</p> <p><strong>You also have the option of running both races if you can complete the 7 mile race in 1 hour and 30 minutes.  EVERYBODY RUNNING THE 5K MUST START AT 10 AM!</strong></p> <p><strong>Awards:  </strong>       Only TCRR club members in good standing are eligible for awards.</p> <ul><li>Seven Mile Club Championship trophies to the first overall male and female finishers.</li><li>Trophies for the 5k overall male and female finishers.</li><li>Ribbons to top 3 finishers in each age group for the 7 Miler and 5k</li><li>Trophies to the top 3 males and females who run both races</li><li>Special finisher’s medal for running both races</li><li>NOTE: those who are running both races WILL be eligible for the 7 Miler awards, but WILL NOT be eligible for the 5k awards.</li></ul> <p>Age groups: 12 &amp; under, 13-15, 16-19, 5 year increments 20-24 thru 65-69, 70&#43;</p> <p><strong>Registration:</strong>  7 Miler OR 5k: Club Members:  $5 before Nov. 30th; $10 After.   Non members:  $10.   Discount will automatically be applied for TCRR members.</p> <p>                        7 Miler AND 5k:  Club Members: $15 before Nov 30th; $20 After.  Non members: $20.  Discount will automatically be applied for TCRR members.</p> <p><b>Shirts:</b> If you want a shirt, you can go here to purchase your Club Championship long-sleeve t-shirt! <br /><a href="https://runsignup.com/Race/VA/Petersburg/BuyaTCRRClubChampionshipShirt" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://runsignup.com/Race/VA/Petersburg/BuyaTCRRClubChampionshipShirt</a></p> <p> </p> <p>Race day registration will start at 7:00 am.  Runners may join TCRR on race morning.</p> <p>Long sleeved Club Championship Tshirts will be available for sale on race day.</p> <p>Food and beverages will be served following the race.
