Held at scenic Fremont Lake Park, this sprint triathlon features a 750-meter swim, 12.4-mile bike ride, and 5K run, perfect for both seasoned athletes and first-timers. No Problem!</strong></p> <p>If you’re not a strong or confident swimmer, we’ve got you covered. We recommend signing up for Wave 2 or Wave 3, which are designed for participants who prefer a more relaxed pace in the water. You’re also welcome to use a life jacket, kickboard, or other approved flotation aids to help you complete the swim safely and confidently. </p> <p>This race is about participation, fun, and personal achievement—so don’t let the swim hold you back!</p>
