Summer 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning Tuesdays - Apex Race Information

<p><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Summer 2025 Kids Speed &amp; Conditioning training in Apex</strong> is brought to you by <b>Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs</b>. </span></p> <p> </p> <p>Class is <b>8 weeks long</b>, meeting once per week, and is geared toward <b>kids aged 8-14 years old</b>.  The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning.  All levels and paces are welcome!
