<p>&#x1f3c3;‍♂️ Join the South Metro SWAT 5K &amp; Fun Run! &#x1f3c3;‍♀️</p> <p>Join members of the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office, Moore Police Department, Norman Police Department, Norman Fire Department, and Norman Regional EMSTAT for the South Metro SWAT 5K and Fun Run.</p> <p>&#x1f4c5; Date: Saturday, December 6th<br />&#x1f558; Time: 9:00 AM<br />&#x1f4cd; Location: 1898 Legacy Park Drive, Norman, OK</p> <p>The race takes place on a flat and fast course at beautiful Legacy Park—perfect for competitive runners and casual walkers alike!</p> <p>&#x1f3af; Why Run?<br />Proceeds benefit the South Metro SWAT Team, helping to provide funding for uniforms, equipment, and vital training opportunities – so the team can better serve all of Cleveland County.</p> <p>Whether you&#39;re racing for time or enjoying the fun run, your participation supports those who serve and protect our communities. Don&#39;t miss this opportunity to run for a great cause!</p> <p>There are two race options: a timed 5K and an untimed 1-mile Fun Run/Walk. Participants can choose from four entry options:</p> <p>1.     5K Entry with T-Shirt ($30)</p> <p>·       Starting November 1st – $35 for entry</p> <p>·       Race Day - $40 for entry</p> <p>2.     5K Entry without T-Shirt ($20)</p> <p>·       Starting November 1st until Race Day - $25</p> <p>·       Race Day - $30 for entry</p> <p>3.     1-Mile Fun Run/Walk with T-Shirt ($20)</p> <p>·       Starting November 1st until Race Day - $25</p> <p>4.     1-Mile Fun Run/Walk without T-Shirt ($20)</p> <p>5.     5K Entry for High School and Below without T-shirt ($10)  </p> <p>All participants will receive a commemorative South Metro SWAT poker chip.</p> <p>Awards:<br />First-place finishers in each age group (men and women) for the 5K will receive a custom South Metro SWAT Team logo medal.</p> <p>Age groups for the 5k race are as follows for each gender:</p> <p>-        15 yrs. and under</p> <p>-        16-19 yrs.</p> <p>-        20-24 yrs.</p> <p>-        25-29 yrs.</p> <p>-        30-34 yrs.</p> <p>-        35-39 yrs.</p> <p>-        40-44 yrs.</p> <p>-        45-49 yrs.</p> <p>-        50-54 yrs.</p> <p>-        55-59 yrs.</p> <p>-        60-64 yrs.</p> <p>-        65-69 yrs.</p> <p>-        70&#43; yrs.</p> <p><strong>Packet pickup will be on Friday, December 5th from 11am -6pm at the OK Runner store located at 3408 36th Avenue NW Suite 100, Norman, OK 73072.</strong></p> <p><strong>Listed below are the start times for the events:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>5k - 9:00 am</strong></li><li><strong>1 mile fun run/walk - 9:05 am</strong></li></ul>
