Location: Guyton, Georgia
Please join us for the 16th annual running of the South Effingham NJROTC Cadet 5K. The race will take place at South Effingham High School starting at the football stadium. The race will begin at 9:00am. Registration will open at 7:30. The run will travel out the school entrance, down Nease Road, down St John and Hester roads back to the school. It is an ideal race for anyone trying to set a personal best or participating in their first 5K. The race benefits the 110 Cadets of the South Effingham NJROTC learning self discipline while preparing to be outstanding citizens. Proceeds will will fund participation in 24 various NJROTC competitions to include 14 overnights trips, 4 military base visits, 2 college campus visits, 2 summer camps and one military ball for the 2025 – 2026 school year.
