Every step makes a difference. Join us on Saturday, September 27, 2025, for the eighth annual Sound of Hope 5K in South Jordan, Utah. This professionally timed race sends 100% of proceeds to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Runners and walkers alike will receive a race shirt, swag bag, and finish medal—with awards for top finishers. Show up, move forward, and stand for prevention.
This year’s race starts and ends at East Riverfront Park, surrounded by the beauty of South Jordan’s trails. Take a look at the course map below and get familiar with the route—we’ll be there cheering you on every step of the way.
