Saturday in the Park Women's 5K

This is Jersey Shore Running Club's 32nd Annual Women's 5K run & walk, to benefit organizations with programs dedicated to providing shelter, counseling, advocacy and education for women and their families in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

The Jersey Shore Running Club is proud to announce that the 2025 Saturday in the Park Women's 5K will be held at Thompson Park, Lincroft, NJ, our 5th year at this location.

Event Details:

• All net proceeds from this race will be donated to women's charities in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties.
• Women's style shirts (limited to first 200 registrants)
• Finishers medal.
• Participation limited to 250.

Registration fees:

• Early-Bird Registration (through May 31) $27
• Pre-Reg 6/1 - 7/27 - $30
• Pre-Reg 7/29 - 8/21 - $35
• Race Day $40
• JSRC Members 10% discount
• Age-Based Pricing - under 19 fee - $25

Packet pick up race morning only, from 7:30 am until race start.

Race starts 8:30 am. Kids races to follow (approx 9:30)

**Please note** Strollers are not permitted at this race.
