Your registration helps advance TALT&#39;s mission while earning you an official Run for the Range event t-shirt—no trail shoes required.</p> <ul><li>Early Bird (Through Nov. 6, 2026) - $25</li><li>Regular Registration (Nov. 7, 2026 – Jan. 2, 2027) - $35</li></ul> <p><em>Couch Conservationist registrants will receive a t-shirt but will not be assigned a race bib or be eligible for awards. Your shirt packet will be available on race day or pickup in Granbury on January 30th. You must register by January 2, 2027 to receive a shirt.</em></p> <p>* For race day registrations shirt availability is not guaranteed.</p> <p><strong>Team Discount</strong></p> <p>Teams of five or more runners receive:</p> <p>$10 off Half Marathon registration<br />$5 off 10K registration<br />$5 off 5K registration<br />The first four team members will automatically receive a refund once the fifth team member registers. Teams must be formed by January 15, 2027 to qualify.</p> <h3> <br /><strong>Race Details</strong></h3> <p><strong>Course Information</strong></p> <p>The course traverses the trails, pastures, and natural areas of Fall Creek Ranch. Runners can expect:</p> <ul><li>Dirt roads and single-track trails</li><li>Rolling hills</li><li>Creek crossings</li><li>Native grasslands</li><li>Wooded areas</li><li>Scenic overlooks</li><li>Approximately 220 feet of elevation change</li></ul> <p>This is a true trail-running event. Participants should expect uneven terrain and natural trail conditions. Trail shoes are strongly recommended.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Weather</strong></p> <p>Average late-January temperatures in Granbury can range from the low-20s to low-50s. In the first year of the event, it was 22 degrees.
