About Run for The Hills

Join in the 4th Annual Run for the Hills 5K event at the Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve in Niantic, CT. Come for an amazing trail run by Clark Pond and through beautiful scenery around the perimeter of the preserve. Proceeds from the race will go directly to maintaining this special place of quiet beauty for future generations to enjoy! 
Not a runner? Hikers are also welcome to participate and enjoy the trails as well.
The awards ceremony will take place after the race at the Niantic Public House - enjoy a wonderful local brewery, whilst you share stories and congratulate your fellow finishers!
Entry Fee
  • $25 until August 16th, then $30 (on-line)
  • Day-of cash registration, $35

    • There is ample parking adjacent to the preserve, with overflow at East Lyme Town Hall, 108 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic.
  • Race Day Check in opens at 10:00 AM
  • Race starts at 11:00 AM
  • Awards Ceremony at the Niantic Public House at 12:30 PM
