<p><strong>Join us for the 5th Annual Mike Elhard Memorial Run!</strong></p> <p>If you knew Mike, you knew his big smile, love for running, and passion for baseball. Mike passed away on September 13, 2021 while preparing for the Chicago Marathon, a race he had been eagerly anticipating.</p> <p>On <strong>Saturday, October 11, 2025</strong>, we will gather at <strong>Purgatory Creek Park in Eden Prairie, MN</strong> to celebrate Mike’s legacy. Let’s come together to support Kristi, Owen, and Ethan, and honor Mike’s memory by participating in the <strong>Mike Elhard Memorial Run</strong>.</p> <p>Whether you’re a runner, walker, stroller-pusher, or scooter-rider, we welcome all ages and abilities!</p> <p><strong>Can’t attend in person?</strong><br />You can still participate virtually from anywhere! The run will not be timed, and <strong>all proceeds will benefit Best Christmas Ever (BCE)</strong>, which provided much-needed support to the Elhard family. This year, Kristi will serve as a BCE captain again, spreading holiday joy to another family in need by surprising them with a Best Christmas Ever.
