Run for Liberty 5K

The Run for Liberty 5K is the result of an AP Government and Politics project by Andrew Custer, Jacob Meier, Nicholas Kasiborski, and Lucas Parnell. The event aims to spread awareness for the Legal Aid of Western Ohio (LAWO), a nonprofit law firm that has provided pro bono legal aid to people living in poverty for the past 70 years (https://www.lawolaw.org).

We hope that through this event this incredible organization is given the credit it deserves. We also want to thank LAWO Pro Bono Director Melissa LaRocco for her tireless help in bringing this project to fruition.

Same-day registration will be allowed.

Additionally, you may see the address listed as 231 McManness Ave, as this is the address of Riverside Park. More specifically, the race will start closer to the "waterfalls area" shown on the map under "directions" below. (If you can't see it zoom in on the red location marker).
