We’ll be covering a 1 kilometer distance along the scenic Lake Benson trail, welcoming all paces and all fitness levels, whether you’re running, jogging, or walking.</p> <p>This run continues our focus on building consistency, prioritizing health, and moving with intention as we set goals for the year ahead.
