You are invited to the Eighth Annual Rockin' Run & Roll 5K
This inclusive event is open to all with the goal of getting people from all ages and ability levels to participate and have fun. Participants are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite 90's era accessories. The flat, fast 3.1 mile race is well marked with water stations along the route. This is a recreational running event for runners, wheelchair racers, and walkers of all abilities. This event will be held on January 17, 2026 and will commence at 8 a.m. The race will take place on the grounds of the Morgan Family Community Center, Butler Park, and Heron Creek Middle School. The course will be coned off through the parking lots and roadways of the center and park. Runners will begin arriving on location approximately one and a half hours prior to the start of the race. Registration and post-race ceremonies will take place at the Morgan Family Community Center and adjacent open spaces.
Race packet bags & shirts are guaranteed for the first 200 registrants.
Entry Fee: $30 through 1/16/26; $35 day of race
Race Day Registration: 6:45 - 7:45 am. No cash is accepted on the day of the race.
All proceeds help fund the Parks & Recreation Youth Scholarship Program, providing youth aged 17 years and under from income-eligible families with exposure to positive recreation experiences that promote physical, mental, and social well-being

RACE SHIRTS ARE SOLD OUT AS of 8am January 17, 2026 or First 200 registrants. (Whichever comes first.)
Awards Ceremony: Awards will be presented immediately following the race to the top male finisher and top female finisher in the following categories; Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Master, Veterans, Overall Push Rim, and Best Dressed Dog. Age group awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers in the following age groups - 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
There will also be an award for the team or organization with the most registered participants and an award for the Best Dressed Dog!
