Rock and Run for Mental Health is a live music, 5k race, 1-mile fun run/walk, food truck, and wellness vendor event for mental health!
Proceeds benefit a mental health and suicide prevention nonprofit TBA.

Please note: Runsignup charges a small processing fee. Shirts and medals must be picked up at packet pickup times. Shipping not available. Registrations after 8/16 will not receive a hoodie and medals are while supplies last at the finish line.
