Roanoke Morning Trail Runs - Summer Edition Race Information

<p>This training group, led by an RRCA Certified Coach, will complete four trail runs at 6:30am on Thursday mornings. Runs will be 3-4 miles in length, and they will include rocks, roots, hills, and (most importantly) beautiful views. </p> <p>Location will alternate between <strong>Mill Mountain and Fishburn Park</strong>, and a full, detailed schedule will be emailed out to all participants. </p> <p>This is a <span style="text-decoration:underline">beginner-friendly</span> group! All paces are welcome.
