<p>Welcome to Girls Who Run DFW&#39;s Race Without the Pace, a female-only 5K designed to give you all the fun of race day without the pressure of the clock.</p> <p>Whether you want to run the entire 3.1 miles, walk with friends, push a stroller, bring your dog, or enjoy a coffee chat while getting your miles in, this event is for you. There are no official race times, no podiums, and no pressure—just a supportive race atmosphere where you can move at your own pace.</p> <p>Want to challenge yourself? Feel free to time yourself and chase a new PR. Want a more relaxed morning? During registration, you&#39;ll select the medal you&#39;d like to earn. We will maintain a checklist for each event and verify your registration at check-in to ensure you receive the specific medal you signed up for and completed the 5K to earn.</p> <p><strong>Limited Availability: </strong>Once a medal category reaches capacity, it is sold out.
