<p>The Queen of Prussia 10K presented by Premier Orthopaedics and Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center is an all-women&#39;s, high-quality running event on June 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.  The race will begin and end at King of Prussia&#39;s Town Center, where outdoor shopping, dining, and now running meet.  We are excited to continue offering both a 10K and 5K option. The Queen of Prussia 10K Expo will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Packet Pickup will be from 10:00am-3pm at KOP Town Center in the Green Space in front of Davio&#39;s. For anyone who cannot attend packet pick up on Saturday, we will also offer race day packet pick up on Sunday, June 7th from 6:30-7:30am at the race start.</p> <p>This is a race for women, organized BY local women.  Every detail will be taken care of to ensure a memorable day for you and your BRFs (best running friends).
