Join us for the 19th anniversary of the Pumpkinman Triathlon and Running Festival in beautiful, scenic Southern Maine!!  Located at Spring Hill, 117 Pond Rd., South Berwick, Maine!  MAINE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP RACE FOR USA TRIATHLON NATIONALS!!

Race the Sprint or Olympic triathlon on Saturday September 6, 2025!

SPRINT:  .3 mile swim, 15 mile bike, 5k run

OLYMPIC: .9 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 10k run

OLYMPIC AQUABIKE: .9 mile swim, 25 mile bike...DONE!

RELAYS FOR BOTH!!

Running Festival participants receive swag bag, tshirt, post party with Autumn Harvest Brunch, fall games!
