Access to the pavilion requires driving through the Creekwood community entrance to reach the greenway parking area.</p> <p>Detailed parking instructions, maps, and event day information will be emailed to all registered participants prior to the event.</p> <p><strong>IN-PERSON REGISTRATION INCLUDES</strong></p> <p>• Official Pulse Walk T-shirt<br />• Event participation bib<br />• Access to fundraising platform<br />• Eligibility to compete for the Top Fundraiser Super Car Ride Experience<br />• Access to event sponsor giveaways and activities</p> <p>T-shirt sizes available: Small through XXXL.</p> <p>Processing fees charged by RunSignUp are the responsibility of the registrant.</p> <p><strong>COMMUNITY PICNIC AND GREEN SPACE</strong></p> <p>Pulse Walk is designed to be more than just a walk.</p> <p>Friends, families, neighbors, and supporters are encouraged to bring picnic blankets, folding chairs, coolers, snacks, or small tailgate-style setups and gather in the pavilion green space to cheer on cancer patients, survivors, and their families throughout the event.</p> <p>We want this to feel like a meaningful community gathering centered around hope, encouragement, and survivorship.</p> <p>Additional sponsor activities, music, food, and family-friendly experiences may be announced as the event grows.</p> <p><strong>VIRTUAL 5K</strong></p> <p>Virtual Registration = $20</p> <p>Virtual participants may add an official Pulse Walk T-shirt for an additional $20 to cover printing and shipping costs.</p> <p>Virtual participants:</p> <p>• Complete their 5K anytime between September 20 and September 26, 2026<br />• Create and share a fundraising page<br />• Participate from anywhere in the world<br />• Remain eligible to compete for the Top Fundraiser Super Car Ride Experience</p> <p>If a virtual participant wins a Super Car Ride Experience, the experience must be redeemed in Huntsville, Alabama. Travel and lodging are not included.</p>
