About PCCCS - Pedaling for Parkinson's

Description

Have you or your loved one been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease? Research shows that people with Parkinson's who cycle regularly can reduce their symptoms by up to 35%. This simple, powerful program can change your life and we are excited to roll out Pedaling for Parkinson's here at the Platte County Community Center South!


***The even better news is starting Oct 13th, you have a chance to try it for free for all of October***

The class time is 10:45-11:45am in the cycle studio. Please register at the Welcome Center.

If you want to continue Pedaling with Parkinson's throughout the whole year, starting November 3rd, the member price is $25 and non-member price is $40. Participants will need to be able to get on the bikes and strap the pedals on their own or have a caretakers help.

All caretakers are welcome to participate in the class.
