(5K Road Race, 5K Trail Run) </p> <p><b>Walk It  -  Run It  -  Finish It</b></p> <p><strong>Trail Run will begin at 10 a.m.</strong></p> <p>Saturday, November 1, 2025, 9am-11am</p> <p><b>Pricing</b></p> <ul><li>Ages 17&#43; Early Bird (register on or before 10/1): One race $30, both races $60</li><li>Ages 17&#43; pricing beginning 10/1: one race $40, both races $70</li><li>Ages 6-16 (no early bird pricing): one race $20, both races $30</li><li><b>Ages 5 and under are free  (They can register on site day of the event)<br /></b></li></ul> <p>Race registration includes a shirt and medallion (must register by October 18 to guarantee)<br /><br /></p> <p>All proceeds benefit Countryside YMCA&#39;s Veterans Connect program.</p> <p><b>Early Bird</b><br />Save $10 per participant when you register by September 30th!</p> <p><b>Day of Registration &amp; Packet Pick-Up:</b> Day of beginning at 8am</p> <p><b>How will race proceeds benefit the Y?</b><br />All proceeds benefit Countryside YMCA&#39;s Veterans Connect program.  Help us serve and connect more veterans in Warren County by participating, volunteering, or sponsoring this unique event.</p> <p>For every 10 registrations we can sponsor a veteran in Warren County to participate in a 12 week program, that meets twice a week at the Y to focus on age-appropriate fitness, nutrition (meals included), mental health resources, and connection. Any veteran, any age is welcome (you do not have to be a member of the Y to participate in this program.)</p>
