Location: Orangetheory Fitness (The Summit at Fritz Farm, 4040 Finn Way, Lexington, KY 40617)
Registration Period: Monday, August 18 - Wednesday, September 17 (midnight)
Participant Capacity: 36 Max in Full Dri-Tri Experience, No Max for 5K Run/Walk
Description:
Wondering what a Dri-Tri is? Maybe you’re just interested in being a part of a local 5K race that is free of charge. Look no further than the Orangetheory X Fleet Feet 5k & Dri-Tri Experience. On Friday, September 19th at 6pm our 5k race will begin. It will be a two-loop course just outside the Summit. If you want more than just a 5K, be one of the first 36 to sign up to take part in the rest of the Dri-Tri race. After the 5K, you’ll complete a 2000-meter row, followed by 300 bodyweight exercises in order to complete the full Orangetheory Dri-Tri. Hang out after you’re done for some post-workout snacks, fellowship and awards for our top finishers, with some giveaways from OTF & FF.
