<h2><strong>Join Us for the One Shot 5K!</strong></h2> <h4><strong>Miles that Matter: Fueling Fitness &amp; Healing for Veterans and Families!</strong></h4> <p><strong>Event Description:</strong><br />Lace up your sneakers, grab your loved ones, and join us for the One Shot 5K —a run/walk dedicated to supporting the heroes who serve our country and the families who stand by them. This race is about much more than just a finish line—it’s about showing up for those who have given so much.</p> <p>By participating in this 5K, you&#39;re helping to provide financial support for veterans and their families to access One Shot Wellness, a fitness community focused on healing, strength, and mental wellness.</p> <p>Whether you’re a veteran, a family member, or someone who just wants to make a difference, this race is for YOU. We believe in the power of community, fitness, and family—and we want you to be a part of it.</p> <p>All proceeds will benefit the One Shot Wellness program for veterans, service members, and their support systems that is available through HOOAH WI. </p> <p><strong>Race Details:</strong><br />Date: Saturday, August 23rd<br />Registration: $45 for 5K or $35 for Kid&#39;s Fun Run <br />*This race is not timed. Participate from anywhere on August 23rd! Complete your 5K and join us virtually.<br /><strong>Route:</strong> The 5K route will begin and end at One Shot and utilize the Mountain Bay Trail.
