The proceeds from this race are used to fund college scholarships that directly impact the youth of our community.</span></strong></h5> <h5> </h5> <h5><span style="text-decoration:underline"><em><strong><span style="color:#000000;text-decoration:underline">Purpose</span></strong></em></span></h5> <h5><strong><span style="color:#000000">Neches River Festival provides a cultural, educational, and civic opportunity for participating students, and is open to anyone, regardless of ethnicity or financial background.  We are proud of our diverse group of student participants each year who represent each high school in Beaumont, Texas.</span></strong></h5>
