This year's North Peak Performance Turkey Trot 5k walk/run is being held at 10am on Saturday, November 22rd in Mannington.  We will again be using the hiking trail which winds through Mannington with our start and finish point being located just outside the Senior Center.  This is a family friendly event that will be a lot of fun for all ages and abilities.

 

We are very excited to be included in this year's Marion County Race Series which is sponsored by the Marion County Running and Walking Club.  If you join the race series, you get a $5 discount registration code for use towards your Turkey Trot entry fee!  Everyone is invited to participate as you can either run, walk or push a stroller!  In addtion to awards for the top finishers, we will be offering age group awards as well!

 

NEW THIS YEAR! As a special way to support our community, we will be donating TWO $500 from your Turkey Trot 5K entry fees to the newly created North Peak Performance Scholarship fund.  This scholarship will be awarded to a North Marion High School graduating Senior in the Spring of 2026! The remainder of the money will be used to continue to furnish our new Powerhouse Youth Training Center with equipment for the youth in our community.

 

Plan to walk or run with us on November 22nd for the fun and fitness at our annual Turkey Trot, but also come to support our new North Peak Performance Scholarship Fund and the students at North Marion High School and our youth in Mannington WV!
