Our mission at Miles for Smiles is to provide resources and support to patients with cleft lip and palate conditions through fundraising, volunteering, and community outreach. Through our annual 5k race and other fundraising efforts, we help sponsor surgeries and care for families in our local Milwaukee community. Average and slower-paced runners, we ask that you stay toward the back to allow the competitive runners to start first.
