The Hi5 Youth Foundation is a professionally run sports-NGO in India, dedicated to coaching basketball and academically enriching large numbers of underprivileged youth. This multi-level, multi-faceted program teaches children life skills that allows them to experience success and prepare them for future endeavors!
We are the largest grassroots level program providing training in basketball through "Hope thru Hoops" program to the underprivileged children for FREE. We also support the academic challenges of these children in our "Pathways to Success" program by funding college tuitions and tutoring support.

Hi 5 Youth Foundation has its footprint in 8 states in India - Maharashtra, Telangana, West Bengal, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh Andhra Pradesh*, Tamil Nadu* and Arunachal Pradesh*. We now have over 4000+ children and 80 coaches who train for around 300+ days in 35 centers and we are still growing....
* centers were added in 2023-24 school year
Hi 5 started the Hyderabad, Telangana program in 2019 with 4 centers and 350 children and we are at 500 children in 5 centers in 2025. There will be 2 more centers added this year. With the program expansion, we need your support to train 500 underprivileged children in various tribal residential schools, Zilla parishad schools and orphanages to accomplish the goal! The Hi 5 children from the Telangana centers have been doing very well in many external tournaments and placing themselves in top 3 podium finishes.
