<p>Come join us for the only USAT Splash and Dash in South Carolina. This race will consist of a 150yd swim and a 2k (1.2 mile) run. Ages 5-17 are welcome to sign up and be a part of this awesome event. Multi-Sport is a great way for kids to challenge themselves, put two sports together and push their endurance.</p> <p>This is a staggered start event with athletes entering the pool every 20 seconds. We will start with the 16-17 age group and work our way down. This will allow the younger participants to watch and learn how the race will proceed.. You must then complete 2 laps of the McLeod Health and Fitness Center before you can enter the finishing chute.</p> <p>This is a staggered start event with athletes entering the pool every 20 seconds. This falls in line with USAT rules. Ex.
