<p><strong>General Information:</strong></p> <p>McGregor’s Kilts and Kilometers</p> <p>Saturday, March 14th 2026</p> <p>McGregor’s Irish Public House at Bell Tower Shops</p> <p>5K - 8:00am | 1 Mile – 8:10am</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Race Description / Theme:</strong></p> <p>We’re back for the 2026 edition of Southwest Florida’s most festive running event—McGregor’s Kilts and Kilometers—on the Saturday before St. Patrick’s Day!</p> <p>Join us at Bell Tower Shops as McGregor’s Irish Pub, presented by Worthington Realty, hosts an unforgettable 5K and 1 Mile race. This year’s celebration is bigger than ever, kicking off Lee County’s best two-day Irish festival. Expect a sea of green, spirited costumes, and non-stop fun as the festivities roll straight from the race into a full day of music, beer specials, and mouthwatering Irish fare from McGregor’s Pub—on both Saturday and Sunday(Beer&#39;d Mile)</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Race Perks &amp; Fun:</strong></p> <p>All participants are encouraged to show off their Irish pride, but those brave enough to run in a kilt will be in the running for special awards! Every 5K and 1 Mile finisher will receive:</p> <p> </p> <p>A commemorative Irish pint glass</p> <p>Shamrock socks</p> <p>A festive Irish finisher’s medal</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep your eyes peeled on the course for lucky Irish coins—find one and trade it in for a free beer at McGregor’s Pub (kids get green Hawaiian punch instead). Plus, Lucky the Leprechaun will be on hand for photos and meet-and-greets.
