Join us for the return of our Mansfield Y Pump-Kin Run — with a festive fall twist! Whether you’re lifting for time deductions or just running for the fun of it, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Stick around after the race for some Trunk-or-Treat fun from 12-2pm!
Event Options:
“Pump”-Kin Run: Bench Press + 5KEarn 30 seconds off your 5K time per successful rep (up to 15 minutes off total).
5K Run Only

Pump Rules:
Participants bench press a percentage of their body weight based on age and gender.
For every successful rep, 30 seconds is deducted from your 5K time.(Maximum deduction: 15 minutes / 30 reps.)
Bench Press Requirements:
Men
Ages 39 & under: 100% body weight
Ages 40–49: 90% body weight
Ages 50–59: 80% body weight
Ages 60–69: 70% body weight
Ages 70 & over: 60% body weight
Women
Ages 39 & under: 70% body weight
Ages 40–49: 60% body weight
Ages 50–59: 50% body weight
Ages 60–69: 40% body weight
Ages 70 & over: 40% body weight

Top finishers recognized in each age division:0–12 | 13–15 | 16–19 | 20–29 | 30–39 | 40–49 | 50–59 | 60–69 | 70+
Water and post-race snacks to be provided followed by awards presentation.
The YMCA of NCO, Mansfield Branch, will be hosting our annual Trunk n Treat event starting at 12:00 pm. Food Trucks, crafts, and community organizations passing out candy, etc., to our community youth.
