Families of the RGV are battling
cancer everyday, let's do something to help.
Purpose
Run for a Cause is an annual event dedicated to honoring and supporting individuals and families affected by cancer. Whether you’re running for a loved one, yourself, or simply to make a difference, this event unites our community in a powerful way.
This run is in honor of those who have been/are affected by cancer. This run is for everyone!—of any type, at any age—and serves as a beacon of hope, strength, and solidarity.
2025 Goals
Raise awareness of cancer’s impact on individuals and families.
Support foundations and nonprofits that provide financial, emotional, and medical aid to cancer patients.
Create a meaningful and fun experience for participants.
Raise $100,000 for the families in the RGV battling cancer.
Prize for 1st place overall!
1st place men's and women's overall will
receive cash prize for 5k and 10k races.
