<p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:14pt">Come to Kailua Beach Park for a scenic romp through Lanikai!  Bunch start at the Lanikai Monument on the hill entering Lanikai, then two counterclockwise loops of the Lanikai Bike Path with the finish near the Lanikai Boat Ramp.  Faster runners should move to the front and walkers towards the back to avoid collisions.  </span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:14pt">When you finish, enjoy free shave ice by Island Snow! Yummy and refreshing! Make it a beach day and experience beautiful Kailua Beach or world-famous Lanikai Beach!</span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:14pt">This 8K run/walk is in memory of Daniel Levey and there is a special award to first finisher in his age group.  </span><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:14pt">Daniel Levey was a young man who died 23 years ago at age 19 in a hiking accident, the day after completing the Lanikai 8K in 2003.
