<p><span style="font-size:14pt"><strong>Kit Carson Park</strong> in Escondido is a <strong>285-acre urban park</strong> with a great mix of open fields, winding paths, shaded areas, and water features—an ideal setting for orienteering. The varied terrain creates fun navigation challenges while still being approachable for first-timers. </span><span style="font-size:14pt">Whether you’re brand new to orienteering or a seasoned navigator, this event offers something for everyone.
