King George Fall Festival 5K, 1 Mile, and Tot Trot Race Information

<p>The 2026 <a href="https://kgfallfestival.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">King George Fall Festival</a> Race/Run/Walk will be held for the 6th year on the<a href="https://www.dahlgrentrail.org/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail</a>. This event offers an untimed out-and-back race from the Bloomsbury Road trailhead of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail.  For those with a competitive streak, a LED clock will be set up at the finish line. Aid stations with hydration and first aid will be located at the start/finish and at Lambs Creek for the 5K race. This is a fun family event for all ages!  Jogging strollers are allowed and no charge for children being pushed!  A photo shoot area with straw and pumpkins will be setup for pictures! <b></b></p> <p><b>Awards</b></p> <p>All race finishers will be awarded a draw string pack back with goodies and a finisher&#39;s medal. The race will also offer a selection of beverages to rehydrate and relax after the race! We&#39;ll have coolers of water, Gatorade, apple cider, and other delicious drinks available.</p> <p>All Runners that plan on going to the Fall Festival after the race will be automatically placed in a raffle for a chance to win food truck coupons!  </p> <p>In addition, we will offer $10 food truck coupons redeemable at the King George Fall Festival &#43; medals for the following categories:</p> <ul><li>5K - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male and Female finishers</li><li>1 Mile - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male and Female finishers</li><li>3 - $10 coupons will be raffled off before the start of the race!</li></ul> <p><b>This race benefits: </b></p> <ul><li>The King George Fall Festival</li><li>The Friends of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail, a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization</li></ul>
