OK, we&#39;ll provide some Jolly too!! This is the third event in the Holiday Racing Series.</span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:14pt">The 5K course starts at the arch on Center Street in Downtown Logan and will take you through surrounding neighborhoods.
