Iron Horse 5k Race Information

<p>The Iron Horse 5K is an out-and-back race on the beautiful Man O’ War Railroad Recreation Trail in Pine Mountain, GA, starting at Highway 354 and heading south towards Callaway Gardens. Run or walk this race, experience the beauty of Harris County’s newest recreation trail, and support the Pine Mountain Volunteer Fire Department at the same time.</p> <p><strong>Race Start: 9:00 AM</strong></p> <p>Location: Iron Horse Grill - 5700 SR-354, Pine Mountain, GA</p> <p><strong>Packet Pickup:</strong></p> <p>Saturday, February 21, 2026 - 7:30 AM, directly in front of Iron Horse Grill</p> <p><strong>Parking:</strong></p> <p>There is plenty of parking available in the large lot in front of Iron Horse Grill.</p> <p><strong>Award Categories: </strong><strong>1st Overall Male and Female: $150 cash prize.</strong></p> <p><strong>Other Important Information:</strong></p> <p style="line-height:1">Runners will receive an Iron Horse commemorative beanie.</p> <p>Don’t feel like running or walking a 5K in person? Consider buying a phantom race entry and enjoy an awesome beanie while still supporting the Pine Mountain Volunteer Fire Department!  </p> <p><strong>ALL proceeds go directly to the Pine Mountain Volunteer Fire Department on the day of the race.</strong></p> <p><strong>Post-Race Fun:</strong><br />Join us at Iron Horse Grill for food and drinks after the race.</p>
