Inside Out Club DuPage invites families, friends, coworkers, and neighbors to lace up their sneakers and join the 2025 Fall Family 5K! This annual event blends fitness, fun, and philanthropy in support of Inside Out Club’s mission to help kids #LiveInsideOut, developing character, empathy, and compassion from the inside out.

Whether you run, walk, or stroll (strollers welcome!), this all-ages, community-friendly event has something for everyone, including a bubble tunnel at the finish line and games and more bubbles in our Kindness Village, and a free kids fun run with prize bags after the race.
