1.5 Miles

Organizer's Description

Walk with Purpose. Walk for Change.

Did you know that most kids get their first smartphones between the ages of 10-13? While this connects them to the world, it also opens doors for predators. Online exploitation is a growing crisis—one we cannot afford to ignore.

In the U.S., the average age of a trafficked child is 14 years old.*

Human trafficking is a vast and urgent issue. It is the most underreported crime, it steals freedom, dignity, and hope from millions of individuals worldwide. If we don’t act now, the cycle of abuse, exploitation, and neglect will continue. Together, we can turn the tide.

Join us on Saturday, September 20 at M:7 Sports Complex in Aliquippa as we unite in the fight to protect and empower our kids. We will walk up to 14 laps (~1.5 miles) where you will have the opportunity to become a fundraiser and help us in this fight.

The Illuminate the Fight fundraiser is more than just a walk—it’s a movement. Every step you take raises awareness and critical funds to:

  • Educate & empower students on the dangers of online exploitation
  • Support survivors as they begin their journey to healing
  • Partner with law enforcement to bring predators to justice

About The Asservo Project

The Asservo Project exists to combat global human trafficking and child exploitation, support the recovery of survivors, and hold perpetrators accountable. Through intelligence gathering, strategic collaboration with law enforcement, and community education, we are working to expose trafficking networks and dismantle them, bringing justice and healing to the victims.

*While statistics vary, many government reports support this number.
