IT&#39;S TIME TO UNITE.</strong><br />Join us at beautiful Marymoor Park in Redmond for a family-friendly, superhero-themed race day featuring a timed 5K and 10K and Kids Dash.</p> <p>Run, walk, bring the family, and suit up for a fun October morning at Marymoor Park.</p> <p>All ages. All paces. Run or walk the paths of Marymoor Park in this family-friendly, timed 5K. Strollers welcome. Finisher medals plus overall and age-group awards.</p> <p><strong>&#x1f4aa; The Unstoppable 10K — 6.2 Miles</strong><br />Take on 6.2 miles through Marymoor Park in our timed 10K. Whether you&#39;re chasing a PR or taking on a new challenge, this one&#39;s for you. Strollers welcome. Finisher medals plus overall and age-group awards.</p> <p><strong>⭐ Super Sidekick Dash — 0.4 Miles · Ages 0–5</strong><br />The littlest heroes take over the course for their very own 0.4-mile dash. Parents and guardians are welcome to run alongside, and every little hero earns a finisher medal.</p> <p><strong>&#x1f465; CREATE OR JOIN A TEAM</strong><br />Racing is better together! Create or join a team with friends, family, coworkers, your running crew, or an organization. Choose Social Team or Company &amp; Organization Team during registration.</p> <p><strong>&#x1f3c6; SUPERHERO COSTUME CONTEST</strong><br />Suit up and show us your superhero style!</p> <p>&#x1f9b8; Best Individual Costume<br />&#x1f9b8;‍♀️ Best Group Costume<br />⭐ Best Kids Costume</p> <p><strong>&#x1f455; EVENT T-SHIRT</strong><br />Register for the 5K or 10K by September 25 to receive an official Hope &amp; Heroes Run event T-shirt with your registration.</p> <p><strong>&#x1f49a; WHY WE RUN</strong><br />Held in recognition of PANS/PANDAS Awareness Day on October 9, this event shines a light on PANS and PANDAS while raising awareness and support for the children and families affected by these conditions.</p> <p>The superhero theme celebrates the courage and strength of children facing PANS/PANDAS and the families standing beside them.</p> <p>Every registration helps spread awareness. Every superhero costume celebrates courage. Every step brings hope.</p> <p>100% of donations benefit the Northwest PANDAS/PANS Network, helping provide education, advocacy, and support for families across our region.</p> <p>PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) and PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal infections) are conditions that can cause a sudden onset of neuropsychiatric symptoms in children.</p> <p><strong>For more information about PANS/PANDAS, please visit the Northwest PANDAS/PANS Network (NWPPN) website.</strong></p> <p><strong>Come for the capes.
